I would like to lodge the constructive comment that after a visit to Clarens during the first week of January 2010, the Clarens Inn and Mountain Odyssey Info Centre should urgently hike up their quality of service. I believe they are run by the same management. At Clarens Inn we found cleanliness lacking, shower facilities not operating and no hot water. With due respect, sub-standard accomodation. As to Mountain Odyssey, the less be said about helpfullness and ability to do proper booking, the better. I am posting this comment, for if these are not rectified, it would reflect seriously negatively on Clarens and on the Free State.
